What goes into the first delivery?
The essential features for you to use or put the solution into operation, agreed in the proposal. Before work starts, you receive the list of what will be developed, the planned integrations and the acceptance criteria. Future features are assessed and quoted separately.
How long does it take?
The timeline for websites, apps, platforms and systems depends on the scope and is set in the proposal. AI customer service: estimated 2 to 4 weeks. Integration between systems: estimated 2 to 6 weeks. Estimates are confirmed after the assessment. Larger projects are split into phases.
How does payment work?
A direct contract with an invoice, and payment split into milestones agreed in the proposal. Hosting, licenses and usage of external services are identified separately when the project needs them.
What if the scope changes along the way?
Scope, timeline and acceptance criteria are written down before work starts. A change becomes an extension with its own agreed timeline and price, never a silent adjustment that breaks the delivery.
What do I need to have ready to start?

What happens after delivery?
